The cards at Outside-the-Box Graphics come from my personal collection of photos taken over the years. Only four cards come from an outside source. They are intended for small businesses who want to stand out and celebrate this time of year in their community. The cards are sized at 5″ x 7″ or  4″ x 9″ and include envelopes. They can be custom printed with your logo on the inside of the card. See ordering instructions below.



Instructions for Ordering Cards:

  1. Pick your Favourite card from the selection below.
  2. Decide on whether you want an e-card or a printed card. Find the number of the card you want.
  3. Place your Order by phone or by email. When order is received, you will receive an invoice within 12 hours.
  4. Make Payment. When order has been paid (instructions below), your order will be processed on the same day.
  5. For E-cards, expect an email attachment within the same day of payment. This option is the best choice if you want to send it via email, on your website or through an e-blast company such as Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or AWeber. You may also include it in your signature at the bottom of your email. Your selection will be sent to you via email. If your e-blast company has a specific size requirement, include these dimensions in your order. 
  6. For printed cards: the inside of the card will be blank unless you inform us that you want the inside of the card to contain a message. If you want a specific message, include it in your order. 

    Allow for 2 days for printing. Cards can be picked up at Instant Imprints at 1231 West Broadway. Alternative arrangements can be made to have cards mailed (instructions below).

Placing Your Order:

 There are two ways to place your order: by phone or by email.
By phone:
Call Outside-the-Box Graphics at 778.839.3755. Leave a message stating your request with your name and phone number and you will receive a call back shortly.
You will receive an invoice shortly after placing order. Once payment is made, your order will be processed. If you want your logo on your artwork, email it (see address below). By default,  your logo will be placed centred on the left hand side of the inside of the card unless instructions are provided for alternate placement.

Picking Up Your Order:

Printed cards can be picked up at Instant Imprints at 1231 West Broadway within two days of order placement. BNI Pacific Synergy members can pick up their cards at one of our meetings if enough time is given to print the order. For printed card orders that require mailing, include your name and mailing address. When order is received, we will send you an invoice for the total amount. A service charge of $5 as well as the postal charge will be added to the invoice. Allow two days for printing. For RUSH orders, call us at 778.839.3755 to have your order placed immediately. Allow two days for printing. E-cards will be sent within 12 hours.

    When order has been made, wait for an invoice giving you the total charge. Once you receive the invoice by email, you can pay for order. 
    Payment can be made by mail-in cheque or by direct deposit.

    Note: direct deposit is a faster method as the cheque will need to be cleared before order is sent.
    For mail deliveries, include your address. The mailing cost will be emailed
